The Problem: Silvertrac’s website was a Frankenstein — visually inconsistent, technically fragile, and painfully slow to work with. Over time, different designers, Fiverr gigs, and rushed launches created a graveyard of mismatched assets. Creating a single landing page or campaign took too long and relied too heavily on dev time, pulling energy away from growth.
What I Did: Brought the chaos to heel. As their Media Production Coordinator, I led the charge in unifying their visual brand and streamlining their HubSpot CMS experience. I built a custom HubSpot theme tailored to the marketing team’s workflow — with reusable modules, baked-in brand styles, and content fields that made sense. No more waiting on a dev to adjust padding or duplicate a page.
The Results: Marketers could now build and launch a campaign — complete with landing page, emails, and paid media — without ever touching code. Lead gen became faster and cleaner. The team stopped treating the website like a blocker, and started treating it like a tool.
